It looks like the “Nishinomiya-kitaguchi South Railroad Crossing” on the south section of the Hankyu Imazu Line was closed.
(Photo and information provided by Okaeru-san. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

The “Nishinomiya-kitaguchi South Railroad Crossing” we introduced last year, known not as a crossing that never opens but as a “crossing that’s always open,” was actually closed〜
Apparently it closes twice a day, once during the 6 a.m. hour and once during the 11 p.m. hour, but Okaeru-san, who provided the information, seems to have taken this photo at 7:05 p.m..

A non-service train is heading toward the Kobe Line.
If this crossing was closed, that means…

The “Kyujo-mae Railroad Crossing” in front of Gardens must have been closed too! I wonder how many people got to witness that lucky✨ moment?
Even just once, I’d love to see this “crossing that’s always open” actually closed〜
※Update
We received some new information from HN-san.
Okaeru-san and HN-san, thank you for providing the information!!
