There don’t appear to be any vacant tenant spaces at the moment, so it may open in the event space in the South Mall.

It looks like it will open on Wednesday, December 14. The location is where “Béchamel Café” used to be in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor.
What is 一〇八抹茶茶廊?
Quoted from 一〇八抹茶茶廊
一○八抹茶茶廊 is a matcha drink and sweets specialty shop created by a tea shop. It opened its first location in Hokkaido in 2013, and now has shops in four countries around the world.
The “Honyama-cha” used at 一○八抹茶茶廊 is said to have been presented to the Tokugawa family as official tea after being favored by Tokugawa Ieyasu.
Finally
It’s exciting that this will be the first location in western Japan. Matcha is made by drying tea leaves and grinding them into powder, so it seems you can take in the rich nutrients contained in the tea leaves as they are. They also seem to have items like imagawayaki and cream daifuku. The opening is in December.
