It’s a Korean folk remedy that warms the whole body, especially the lower half, with steam from boiled mugwort. It has been used after childbirth for more than 600 years, and even today, Korean obstetrics and gynecology clinics use it as postpartum care

I’ve never tried “mugwort steaming” before. What does it feel like?

First, you sit wearing this cape with nothing underneath. The herbal steam is applied directly to the mucous membranes of the body, warming you from the inside and helping regulate your condition.
