It looks like the grand opening is on Saturday, January 21. Friday the 20th was apparently a pre-opening.

As we mentioned last time, a job listing included Tana Forno Nishinomiya, which is in the same group as Mia Shokudo, and the location was listed as the first floor of Ebisuta Nishinomiya, so that seems quite likely. On the official Tana Forno website, it says they serve reasonably priced dishes such as pizza made with dough rested for 24 hours at a low temperature and baked at a high temperature of 400 degrees, which you can enjoy with wine. It looks like they may have pasta as well.
