It looks like “Loft” is coming to the 2nd floor of LaLaport Koshien.
It looks like it will open on the 2nd floor of Ito-Yokado, which is currently being renovated.
This will be the 5th Loft store in Hyogo Prefecture, and the 2nd in Nishinomiya City after the one in Gardens.

The sales floor area will be about 376.5 tsubo (about 1,244.8㎡).
It seems to be a convenient one-floor layout for shopping around, and is said to be Loft’s most standard store size.
The lineup will include 23,100 types of products: 9,500 stationery items, 7,000 health and beauty goods, 4,100 variety goods, and 2,500 household goods.

We were looking forward to seeing what would open there, and it turns out it’s going to be Loft. On the 2nd floor of LaLaport, it said “East Building 2F Large Store Opening Spring 2023.” So Loft, Akachan Honpo, and one more store will be opening. Since Loft’s opening date is April 7, it seems likely that all three stores will open around the same time.
