“Ozeki Kura Biraki 2023” Looks Set for Tomorrow with Fresh Unpasteurized Sake Straight from the Brewery

It looks like “Ozeki Kura Biraki 2023” will be held tomorrow, Saturday, February 18. It’s the long-awaited first event in four years～(^^)/

Freshly released unpasteurized sake is something you rarely get to drink. I definitely want to try it～

I’m also curious about the booth where you can make your own original one-cup sake～! It sounds like a great keepsake～（Maybe too precious to drink?）

The stage area also seemed to be really lively. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there will be one this year…

It’s undiluted sake! Be careful not to drink too much!

Finally

With kitchen trucks serving food that goes perfectly with drinks, it looks like the sake will go down easy. It seems the cold will ease up a little tomorrow too, so why not go and enjoy a relaxed grown-up outing～😊
