Frozen ramen is now available at Gyoza no Yukimatsu on the old national highway

You can now buy frozen ramen at the unmanned direct-sales shop “餃子の雪松” along the former National Route.

We Tried It

Tonkotsu Golden Ratio¥1,000

Inside the box were three servings of noodles and soup.

How to Make It

1. Add water (360ml) to the soup and bring it to a boil.
2. Add the frozen noodles as they are and wait 30 seconds without moving them.
3. After that, boil over medium heat: soy sauce flavor for 3 minutes, tonkotsu for 2 minutes, and it’s done.

A simple tonkotsu ramen. You can add your own toppings, or pick up the topping set they sell too.
