It seems to come from “Hyochin,” the character from the JSDF Hyogo Provincial Cooperation Office that’s drawn on the flyer (lol)
Along with the quiz rally, a JSDF job-hunting and career-change support fair will also be held!

The venue for the “Job-Hunting and Career-Change Support Fair” is listed as next to the south escalator on the 2nd floor of the West Building, so the quiz rally is probably in the same place too!
It’s right after entering from the circular deck, next to the escalator on the McDonald’s side.

Also, it looks like the same quiz rally will be held at Frente Nishinomiya on Saturday, June 10.
