If you go this way, you’ll pass places like Bambi no Mori Animal Hospital and reach Fukushi Center-suji.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come out onto Yomisuji.

For short stays, it’s 10 yen cheaper than the Times across the street. It only has space for three cars, but if the Times lot is full, this should save you from having to drive around looking for another spot.
