The address is Harukaze Mansion 1F, 5-33 Koshien Harukaze-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. It’s in front of Sumai no Mitaka.

If you go this way, you’ll reach Nakatsuhama Line, and then Koshien-suji, where Kobeya Restaurant is on the corner.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Gourmet City, Kyoritsu Neurosurgical Hospital, Tsuto Elementary School, and more. Continue out to Imazu Nishi Line and turn left to get to Imazu Station.

I like the cider and soda float flavors. If I’m hungry, I go for the vanilla types. The strawberry was delicious!!
Lastly
It’s near Harukaze Park, where the playground equipment was recently renovated, so I bet it’ll sell really well this summer. I wonder which flavors will sell out.
