It looks like Nilax, the company that operates “The Buffet Garden,” is running this campaign at 34 of its buffet restaurants.

Their homemade Taiwanese xiaolongbao seems to be the most popular item. They also apparently have Taiwanese castella and more. Of course, they offer all kinds of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes too.
