Before opening at 11:00, there were apparently about 42 people in line. Some people had parasols too. It must be hot.

The address is 10-2 Ikeda-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This spot used to be Yasumori Nishinomiya.
On June 17 (Sat) and 18 (Sun), they’re holding a pre-opening reception,
and all “Chicken Paitan SOBA” items are available for just one coin, 500 yen.
Maybe these are staff members? They’re wearing black hats and pants with a small red logo accent.
If you bring the flyer, you can get either extra noodles or white rice for free. Not valid today or tomorrow during the pre-opening. Use it after the official opening

There’s a ticket machine. Since all noodle dishes are 500 yen today, it seems like you “issue a 500-yen draft beer ticket and order with that.”
Apparently the mazesoba does not come with finishing rice today.
