Across the street is Chikuyotei Nishinomiya.

Could it be a McDonald’s?
A reader told us it might be a McDonald’s. Looking at the construction outline, there seems to be a road that could work for a drive-thru, but since there aren’t any job postings or other information yet, we can’t say for sure. Still, it seems fairly likely.
Finally
The imported car specialty shop “Apple” that used to be here is currently being demolished, and construction on the restaurant appears to be scheduled from October through March of next year. We’ll let you know if we hear anything new.
