There seems to be a supermarket in Nishinomiya where you can relax and watch Hanshin trains go by.
(This information was provided by Momonga-san. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

It says “Mukogawa”! Where could this be?

As a hint, it’s a supermarket that’s easy to stop by on your way to or from work. It’s especially convenient for people around the single-track station and residents of Mukogawa Danchi, so that might give it away.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 10-27 Uedahigashimachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

It’s the Nishinomiya Ueda branch of MaxValu, next to Mukogawa-Danchimae Station. Here are some comments people had about it!
- It stays open until late at night, so it’s handy when you suddenly realize you forgot to buy something.
- There’s a kids’ space, making it easy for families with children to use.
- You can find products that aren’t sold at other stores, and the selection is quite extensive.
- The prices are reasonable, especially for private-label products.
- The store feels clean, and there are plenty of self-checkout registers.
- That said, some people also noted that items can be out of stock or that they sometimes can’t find what they want.

A supermarket where you can see the tracks on the left. That’s pretty rare, isn’t it?

There’s an eat-in area inside, and you can just zone out while watching the Hanshin trains like this. This one is the “Koshien-go.”

They have a good selection of bread and prepared foods, so you can probably sit in the eat-in space and casually watch the trains go by.
If you know of any other places in Nishinomiya where you can relax and watch trains like this, please let us know.
Thank you, Momonga-san, for the information!!
