If you go this way, you’ll find “Seven-Eleven” and “炭火焼肉 伸,” and farther along is Koshien Stadium.
If you go in the opposite direction, there is “Hotto Motto Naruocho” and “Niconico Rent-a-Car.”

The apartment building with retail space is said to be 7 stories tall and 19.94 meters high, with 48 residential units, on a 495-square-meter site.

I imagine the retail space will be on the first floor, but the details are still unclear.
