This event is organized by the Nishinomiya City Association of Atomic Bomb Victims, the Nishinomiya City Council Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs, and Nishinomiya City. It aims to spread the tradition of “lantern floating,” held in remembrance of atomic bomb victims and disaster victims and as a prayer for lasting peace, to the world.
