We took a quick look at what kind of yokai are appearing where in the currently running Nishinomiya event, the Miyatan Stamp Rally “Miyatan and Yokai Village Jizobon 2023,” so here’s a small preview.

Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Area
There are yokai at a certain huge commercial facility in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.
A pot.
Looks like a yokai called Azuki-arai. You probably don’t know that one, right?
Is a princess yokai called a yokihime?
Enma.
A scary cat.
That’s a kappa.
Maybe Yuki-onna.
Naruo, Takasu, and Komatsu Area
This one is at a bookstore closing on September 30.
Nopperabo.
Shukugawa and Kurakuen-guchi Area
A large facility in front of the station.
Maybe the boy version of a zashiki-warashi.
Apparently the standard name is Karakasa-kozo. I didn’t know that.
JR Nishinomiya Area
A large facility in front of the station.
Nurarihyon.
Even as an adult, once you collect a few, you start wanting to complete the whole set.
