Kagayaki 509-go, a Nishitsu supporter, went to check out the line forming for tickets at the “ACTA Summer Festival,” being held today, Saturday, August 19.
The line for tickets has gotten pretty intense. As of 3 p.m., the line seems to have calmed down
The bouncy jumping attraction is set up here at the Central Plaza venue on the 2nd floor of the East Building. The local products fair is here too.
Baby castella vendor Sanpoya is here too!!!
They were also selling fries and cotton candy.
The festival games apparently include senbon-tsuri prize fishing, ring toss, shooting gallery, yo-yo fishing, smart ball, and super ball scooping.

In Closing
Reception is open until 6 p.m., and the festival runs until 7 p.m., so you might still make it if you head over now. It’ll also be held tomorrow.
