It’s a banner that says “Congratulations to the Hanshin Tigers on winning the championship!!”!! It’s also nice that Koshien Stadium is in the background! This is the spot with the “please go easy on us” message, right?

According to Sun TV News, the sign was changed in the early hours of the 15th. It will be displayed until October 17.
