A Japanese-style omelet rice topped with young chicken, shimeji mushrooms, and green onions.

Actually, this is a recommended dish that Shachomi has ordered many times before!

The beautifully wrapped omelet is so soft and jiggly〜〜😍

The silky sauce has a nice dashi broth flavor, with a gentle hint of yuzu kosho.

There are also finely chopped onions mixed into the rice.

The rice itself is lightly seasoned too, and together with the sauce it has such a gentle, comforting flavor〜😊

Tomato Sauce Pasta with Plenty of Mozzarella, Eggplant, and Bacon (3x Mozzarella) 1,208 yen（tax included）

Thick-cut bacon and large pieces of eggplant. It’s a spaghetti dish packed with big, hearty ingredients🍝

The sweetness and tartness of the tomato paired with the creamy, mellow flavor of mozzarella cheese is a perfect match✨

The pasta had a nice chewy texture〜😄
