①Children in elementary school or younger ※Must be accompanied by a guardian
②Those who can participate in costume on the day of the event

The application period is until Sunday, October 1 .
Participants will be selected by lottery from among those who apply.
※Only winners will receive a winning notification email from the event office around Friday, 10/6.

Parade participants will receive sweets as a gift. It’s probably a pretty rare chance to dress up and walk around inside a commercial facility in Nishinomiya.
