The address is around 6 Takamatsucho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s divided into a bicycle lane and a pedestrian lane. Since it’s downhill, it’s easy to pick up speed.
Finally
As you can see in the video, water tends to collect here after rain, so there’s a risk of slipping. And in the first place, slopes are dangerous because you can pick up speed. If you don’t want to end up with a shattered collarbone like I did, please keep your speed down.
