The address is 27-2 Koshienguchi Kitamachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s a prepaid coin parking lot where you can park for a full day for 700 yen.
It looks like cards and cashless payments aren’t accepted.
Across the street is the Futami-cho Hankyu bus stop.
Head north and you’ll reach Yamate Kansen; head south and you’ll find FamilyMart Koshienguchi, on the way to JR Koshienguchi Station.
It seems this used to be the site of a dormitory for Taiju Life.
