It will be held on Saturday, November 4.
Electric buses, limousine buses, taxis, and more will be on display. Kids can also put on children’s uniforms and take commemorative photos. It looks like Hankyu Bus original goods will be sold too.

Drawings by children will apparently be displayed on buses that actually operate.

The event will be held at the parking lot just past the Meishin Expressway overpass along the Rinko Line by Gardens.
Finally
Until last year, it seems the event was held in Ibaraki City, Osaka. This year, it will be held on the same day as the “Nishinomiya Environmental Community Development Festa” at Rokutanji Park, so maybe it’s something like a collaboration. There will also be a stamp rally between the two venues. You might get something for participating. Limited to elementary school students and younger.
