If you go this way, you’ll find places like KS Factory, and beyond that is a residential area.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Yoshinoya, and it leads out to Rinko Line.
Construction is currently underway, and it looks like it will be available for use from Monday, October 30.
