A large coin parking lot called “アップルパーク西宮市小松東町2丁目第1” has opened in Komatsu Higashimachi.
(This information was provided by Iroha, a Nishitsu supporter. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

It’s pretty spacious. It looks like about 20 cars could fit in a single row, so maybe around 50 cars in total? If you look closely, you can see the parking lines.
Here’s the map↓
The address is 2-17-1 Komatsu Higashimachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It seems this site used to be company housing for ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd.
Area around “アップルパーク西宮市小松東町2丁目第1”

If you go this way, you’ll reach the Old National Route.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Hiraoka Internal Medicine and Bakery Sainen, heading toward Komatsu Elementary School.

It’s a prepaid coin parking lot. The rate is 400 yen for 24 hours.

The payment machine looks a bit old, like it’s been reused. It’s cash-only.
Finally
I get the impression that prepaid parking lots are often used temporarily before something else is built, but it seems monthly parking contracts are also available for 13,200 yen per month, so maybe it will be operating for quite a while.
