It looks like an event called “World Nijiiro Festival” will be held at Kwansei Gakuin University’s Seiwa Campus on Saturday, November 4.(The featured image was taken previously. The illuminations aren’t up yet.)
Here it is↓

Saturday, November 4, from 11:00 to 16:00
There will be games, hands-on activities, food and drinks, and more.
Here’s the location on the map↓
The address is 7-54 Okadayama, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

Since it features all kinds of things you don’t usually find in Japan, it seems like an event that could give kids some great mental stimulation.
The one that especially caught my eye was this↓

Mancala, a game played around the world.
Have you heard of it?
Apparently, it’s the kind of game kids can get totally absorbed in, and it’s said to have existed in Africa since around 4000 BC.

There seem to be various ways to play, but basically it’s a simple game where you move stones one by one, and the first player to clear all the stones from their own area wins. It’s apparently known as the world’s oldest educational game.By the way, the word “mancala” means “to move” in Arabic.
Finally
There’s a Nintendo Switch game called “51 Worldwide Games” that has sold really well, and among its 51 games, Mancala is apparently the second most-played game worldwide(source). They’ll also be introducing lots of other things you may not know about, so if you’re curious, why not check it out?
