Red posts have been installed in the underpass used by cyclists and pedestrians at Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.

The address is around 6 Takamatsu-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
A red post has been installed in the middle.
They’ve also been installed along the Acta River like this.
They’re in front of the tunnel too. The reflectors make them easier to see.
Be careful not to overtake recklessly.

I looked up what these red posts are called, and it turns out they’re called “pole cones”. You often see them bent or broken, but the cheaper ones are around 4,000 yen. The popular ones are about 6,500 yen. The really nice ones cost 25,000 yen! (According to MonotaRO) Try not to hit them, okay? They’re paid for with tax money lol
