According to peke, who sent us the information, it looks like the shop reopened around October 16.

If you go this way, you’ll find places like Sumibi Yakiniku Kobe Tantan, and it leads out to Route 43.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find A-Price and other shops, leading toward Sakagura-dori Street.
The barbershop “Clipper” had been closed since around this summer because the owner was hospitalized.
