It looks like the “donation vending machine” that used to be in front of ハミルザ動物病院 in Ishizai-cho along Yomisuji has been removed.
(This information was provided by Anonymous and Sasako @ Nishitsu Supporter. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

It used to be in the area outlined in red, but it was completely gone.
Here’s what it looked like around August this year↓

As of August, it seems it was still there.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 10-26 Ishizai-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around the “donation vending machine”

Diagonally across the street is Higashisan Park. The photo was taken previously… m(_ _)m

If you go this way, you’ll find Yomiumi Community Center and then reach Rinko Line.

In the opposite direction, if you go past Sakagura-dori, you’ll find Nihonsakari and Yomiumi Elementary School, then reach National Route 43.
We looked into it a bit
When we checked the Google Business Profile, there was a post like this on October 27↓
From the Google Business Profile
“After COVID restrictions ended, the number of customers increased, and there weren’t enough parking spaces, so the vending machine was removed to increase the number of parking spaces.”
That’s what happened.
Apparently, this vending machine was very popular with patients of the animal hospital and people in the neighborhood.
But it can’t really be helped. An animal hospital is a place that deals with lives, after all 😊
Lastly
According to this website, there are apparently six vending machines in Nishinomiya City where you can make donations, including ones at “聖天寺” in 2-chome Kamikoshien and “おむすび屋えんむすび” in Koshien Sudori-cho.
