Looks like there was a rainbow just now

It looks like a double rainbow appeared today, November 20, a little before 2:30 p.m.

Maybe toward Rokko. It’s pretty thick.

This is looking north from around the side of ACTA.

I’m guessing quite a few other people saw it too.

By the way, the last time a fairly big rainbow was seen in Nishinomiya was on October 21.
