It looks like a first prize of 30 million yen was won in the 2023 Halloween Jumbo Mini Lottery.

There it is!! It says a big prize of 50 million yen was won!!
Wait, wasn’t first prize 30 million yen?
That’s right, first prize also comes with prizes for the numbers before and after it: two 10 million yen prizes plus the 30 million yen first prize, making a total of 50 million yen.
Did one person win with consecutive-number tickets? Or was it three different people with separate tickets? Wonder what they’ll buy at Kohnan PRO.
Finally
After looking into it a bit, I found that in 2017, someone won 1 billion yen in the Year-End Jumbo at Frente, and in 2020, people won 700 million yen each in the Summer Jumbo at Gardens and ACTA there too. Maybe they’re buying a house in Kurakuen or something. By the way, the odds of winning first prize are apparently 1 in 20 million.
