It looks like almost all the shops on the 2nd floor of “Hanshin Nishinomiya” will be closing for renovation. A clearance sale will also be held from November 29.
(Thanks to rose-han for the tip!)

It seems the 2nd floor will be closed for renovation as of December 31.
Only the Afternoon Tea Room will apparently continue operating.

Looking at it now, there really were a lot of event spaces. Nishi2 has also covered a few shop closures there in the past.
Including the limited-time Tokyu Hands store, we’ve reported that three shops are closing this year.
The clearance sale is also said to start on November 29.

Mouton boots that will come in handy in the coming season are 1,980 yen. Limited to 30 pairs.

It looks like pricey items like kimono and hakama will also be sold at discounted prices.
Finally
With everything except Afternoon Tea Room closing on the 2nd floor of Hanshin Nishinomiya, it seems nearly the entire floor is being renovated. If we find out what kinds of shops will be moving in next, we’ll let you know right away.
