Area around “Mukogawa Keiai Nursery School”
Across the street is the elevated Hanshin Railway line, and underneath it is the Mukogawa Women’s University Station Campus Annex building (rear side).
If you go this way, you’ll reach the Ozone Line. It’s where the 7-Eleven is.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll head toward Naruo Station.
“Mukogawa Keiai Nursery School Koshien Keyaki Promenade”, which opened in the same Sato Nakamachi area in April 2023.
This also seems to be part of the same nursery school group. I was surprised because its website looks amazingly similar to the nursery school opening this time.
Finally
It seems Nishinomiya City is especially short on nursery school places for very young children, such as infants age 0. This time, the school will be able to accept 6 infants age 0 and 12 children ages 1 and 2, so hopefully this helps improve the situation, even a little.
