It looks like “EVERYTHING MINECRAFT,” the Minecraft merchandise specialty shop that had been open for a limited time at LaLaport Koshien, will temporarily close for renovation.

It appears the shop will temporarily end operations on January 8, 2024.
According to the announcement, it will relocate and reopen in late February.

It’s north of the food court at the back of the 2nd floor. Compared with the current deep layout, it looks like the new shop may be wider with a more open entrance.
A quick look at what they sell
They seem to have lots of items that elementary school kids would get excited about, including Minecraft stationery, lunch goods, keychains, cushions, and more. Let’s take a quick look.
Half-seiza chair 2,200 yen (tax included)
A seiza chair inspired by the popular axolotl. It seems like something that would make a fun addition to a child’s room.
Stool box 2,970 yen (tax included)
Apparently it works three ways in one: as a chair, storage box, and footrest. There are several designs, including axolotl, Ender Chest, and TNT.
PVC multi case S 880 yen (tax included)
They have everything from classic characters to rarer ones, so these might be surprisingly good finds.
Wrapping up
Will it become a permanent shop after being limited-time only? Or will it be a new limited-time opening? EVERYTHING MINECRAFT will be closing temporarily this time, but we’re looking forward to its relocated reopening.
