On January 2 and 3, they’ll be selling cotton candy shaped like cute characters, and there will also be a children’s event featuring rare “daruma” balloons. It looks like balloons will also be given to the first 30 children.

What is this? Apparently you can try an auction-style bidding experience, and it sounds like it could get pretty lively. I imagine a lot of people might feel shy about calling out prices, so you might be able to win something at a low price.
