Apparently, credits are being sold at the Kwansei Gakuin University co-op.

Credit bread?!
No way, right? So we asked Kwansei Gakuin about it, and…

It was completely sold out!!!!!
I was wondering why it was so popular, and then…

Look closely at the receipt lol

Credits are 159 yen!!! It’s a bargain sale on credits!
Looking into it, this seems to be a product planned by the National Federation of University Co-operative Associations, and it was sold at university co-ops in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in 2015. Source

Recently, it looks like receipts at co-ops, including those in Tokyo, have been listing it as “credits.” So you really can buy credits. Though it’s just a receipt for bread lol
Finally
The sales period is from 1/15 to 2/2! When we asked Kwansei Gakuin about it, someone from the PR team sprinted over to buy one for us. Apparently I still need 126 more credits lol
By the way, the bread is apparently anpan, and honestly it looks really tasty. It’s kind of nice to see fun initiatives like this.
※Kagayaki No. 509 @ Nishitsu Supporter, thank you for the tip!!
