(Thanks to Hiro N, Yuu, and Iroha @ Nishitsu SP for the information.)
Here it is ↓
Quoted from [Route Bus] Route extensions and timetable revisions on the Hanshin Line
Here’s a summary of the major changes starting February 23 (Fri./holiday). (The materials shown on this page are quoted from here.)
Nishinomiya Kaisei Hospital-mae will be newly added
It looks like a new stop called Kaisei Hospital-mae will be added.

On weekdays, there will be 1 to 3 buses per hour. On weekends and holidays, there will be 1 to 2 buses per hour. The timetable for Hanshin Nishinomiya South Exit is here.
Hyogo Medical University Hospital will be newly added
It looks like a new stop will also be added in front of Hyogo Medical University Hospital.

– Hyogo Medical University Hospital-mae – Takasu Higashi
– Koshien Hachibancho – Hanshin Koshien

The name of the Rizo Naruohama stop on the Naruohama Line and Takarazuka Koshien Line will change.

It will be changed to “Naruohama Rinkai Koen-mae (なるおはま りんかい こうえん まえ)”.
The Nishinomiyahama Junior High School-mae stop will change to “Nishinomiyahama Compulsory Education School-mae”
The name of the Nishinomiyahama Junior High School-mae stop on the Marina Park Line and Nishinomiyahama Koshien Line will change.
It will be changed to “Nishinomiyahama Compulsory Education School-mae (にしのみやはま ぎむきょういくがっこう まえ)”.
Timetable revisions
It looks like the timetables for the following routes will be revised.
Nishinomiya Hamate Line, Marina Park Line, Nishinomiya Koshien Line, Nishinomiyahama Koshien Line, Nishinomiya Danchi Line
Takarazuka Line, Itami Tachibana Line, Koshien Line, Takarazuka Koshien Line, Agura Danchi Loop Line
You can check the revised service timetables on the official timetable page.
Finally
Hanshin Bus also changed its timetables on January 13 and November 3 last year, so it feels like there have been quite a lot of changes lately. This time, with new bus stops being added, it should be more convenient for people going from Koshienguchi to Hyogo Medical University Hospital, or from Hanshin Nishinomiya to Kaisei Hospital. As for the Rizo Naruohama stop changing names, it feels a little sad to accept that fact somehow. That’s how times change, I guess.
