It looks like the rental space “manaPi × cafe（マナピカフェ）” in Naruocho along Hongo Nakasuji has closed.

There was a sign saying “Tenant Wanted.”
According to Nishitsu supporter Anzu, it seems the place was still open until around the end of last year, but it appears to have closed recently.

Things around “manaPi × cafe（マナピカフェ）”
This is what it looks like across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find Saiko Kindergarten, Nanai Cafe, and other places, leading toward Rinko Line.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Kushikatsu Maruman, leading toward National Route 43.
Final Thoughts
It seems this rental space opened around last summer, but we at Nishitsu hadn’t noticed it💦 Rental spaces like this have been increasing lately, and there was one in Naruocho too.
