The address is 1F Mondo Green Building, 13-8 Shimooichi Higashimachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
This spot used to be “Mondo-Yakujin Nikuyakiya.”

It looks like the manager, staff, and interior of Sumibiyakiniku Sochan are unchanged from the Nikuyakiya days. The exterior is also almost the same, except for the sign in the middle and the shop name on the lanterns.
Around “Sumibiyakiniku Sochan”
Diagonally across the street is Katsukai Center.
If you go this way, you’ll find New Taj Mahal Everest and then Mondo-Yakujin Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll reach Nakatsuhama Line.

According to Nishi2 reader Wanko Nyanko Chanko, the menu has expanded compared with the Nikuyakiya days. In particular, the “lean Wagyu beef,” which wasn’t on the previous menu, was apparently delicious😄

Lastly
After looking into it a bit, it seems that before the previous shop “Nikuyakiya,” this location was also home to a yakiniku restaurant called “Sumibiyakiniku Ohakotei,” and before that, it was a motsunabe and yakiniku restaurant called “Kyo Motsunabe Hormone Shushu.” Having four yakiniku restaurants in a row occupy the same spot is pretty remarkable.
