It looks like a traffic signal has been installed in Danjocho along the Nakatsuhama Line.

This intersection has a lot of pedestrians, cyclists, and cars coming from the north side, and it seems it could get a little dangerous when cars turning right from the east side encountered them.

The address is around 2-2 Danjocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It used to look like this, with a traffic light and crosswalk a little farther back.
The landmark is the renovation shop called Wave Nishinomiya↓
It seems a traffic signal has now been installed at the intersection a little closer to the front.
Looks like it should make things safer.
