The arcade sign in front of Imazu Station that said “Welcome to Imazu Station Front” has been removed.
(This information was provided by Muume-chan)
Here it is↓

It feels strange when something that used to be there is suddenly gone.
Here’s the location on the map↓
The address is 2-1 Imazu Mizunamicho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
When it was still there↓

It says “Imazu Station Front Yatai Bar.”

The arcade here was red, and it had round lights too.
After it was removed↓

Look up at the top. Apparently there was a clock tower there.
Back when it was still there↓

This photo was taken when Kawabata Shoten was still there. The arcade looks pretty old too.

This side is simpler.

Both Kodaruma and Kawabata Shoten have closed.

The cigarette vending machine built into the building says it’s under adjustment, so you can’t buy anything from it.

You can still see the marks left on the building where it was removed.

The Top One arcade a little farther south is still there.

It also said, “This is 2-1 Imazu Mizunamicho.”
It had a lot of character. Very Imazu.
Final Thoughts
Apparently, long ago, Imazu even had a movie theater and was a very lively area. This part of town has a distinctive, old downtown feel. With the arcade gone, it feels like the atmosphere here may change quite a bit again.
