What kind of activities will there be?
- Paid tastings: Compare sake from each brewery with the Retro Set and New Retro Set
- Pairing suggestions: Introducing tasty combinations of sake with food from Street KITCHEN
- Warm sake experience: Warm sake in a hot water bath inside a sake barrel and experience how temperature changes the flavor of sake
- Sake tasting quiz: Guess which sake you drank from four choices. Winners will receive sake cups and other items from the breweries
Final Thoughts
I wonder what the paid tasting Retro & New Retro Sets will be like? It sounds like a lot of fun, with sake paired with Street KITCHEN foods that go well with Nishinomiya sake, plus a sake tasting quiz and more. We’re really looking forward to it. And maybe
