Here’s the menu for “Tai Shio Soba Toka”, which opened today, March 13, in the food court at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

There are three basic tai ramen options: regular, with seasoned egg, and special. The special comes with three slices of chashu and yuzu peel. I’m also kind of curious about the old-school chuka soba
Madai dashi chazuke. They also have ochazuke with salted salmon and ikura, plus side menu items. Since the taimeshi side dish is 352 yen, I’d like to try it.

You can add either tai chazuke or taimeshi as a set at a good price. The tai is raw, huh. I wonder if it changes color when you pour hot tea over it
