It looks like the Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Bayshore Line “Nishinomiyahama” will be closed to traffic.

Both the entrance and exit will be closed.
The reason is pavement repair work.
Entrance: March 25 (6:00 a.m.) to April 2 (4:00 a.m.)
Exit: March 25 (6:00 a.m.) to March 30 (4:00 a.m.)
As an alternate route, Naruo-hama can be used for both entrance and exit.
Finally
This is a convenient route during spring break when heading to Osaka, USJ, and similar destinations, so be careful not to accidentally go this way and lose time.
