It seems the shop ended operations here on 3/17 due to relocation. Since there is no information about the new location on Instagram, it appears to have closed at least at this location.

The address is 3-16-4 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya City.
Area around “T-ball”
It was located south of JR Koshienguchi Station, around the area across from Life in the shopping street.
Next door is the closed “Kitchen Fukisuke”, leading toward the Koshienguchi Honwaka Shopping Street.
