It looks like “鮮魚 三洋” in Imazu Yashiro-mae-cho is temporarily closed.
(Thanks to Yuki, a resident near Koshien, and Fucchi @ Nishi2 SP for the tip.)
The notice↓

It says they will be closed for a while.
According to the information we received, the shop seems to have been closed since at least about 10 days ago. We also heard that it had taken a short break like this once before.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 5-38 Imazu Yashiro-mae-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Area Around “鮮魚 三洋”

“鮮魚 三洋” is a fresh food market next to “酒のやまや” in Imazu.
There used to be a Gyomu Super in the same lot. It has now moved about 100 meters south.

If you go this way, you’ll find Lawson, Imazu Onsen, and then National Route 43. This is around the Nishinomiya Interchange.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find the relocated Gyomu Super, which leads out to Rinko Line. That’s the area where Konan and kaitenzushi Rikimaru are located.
Finally

(This photo is from when the shop was open before.)
It’s a traditional shop mainly selling vegetables, fruit, and fish, along with other food items, and it was known for being fresh and affordable, so it’s a shame to see it temporarily closed. Hopefully it will reopen soon.
