According to the restaurant’s official Instagram, they use freshly prepared “Japanese eel” shipped daily, and serve it Kansai-style, grilled directly over charcoal without steaming after the live eel is opened from the belly. Apparently, they are also particular about their rice. There’s parking too, so it should be easy to visit😄 It opens on Friday, April 26.
