The address is 3-5 Imazu Dezai-kecho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

This top-grade daiginjo, carefully handcrafted and brewed, is 5,500 yen.
It uses Yamada Nishiki rice grown in a “Special A District”, with excellent soil layers formed between 25 million and 2 million years ago.

This sake is highly regarded, just like “Choju”, which has previously won a gold prize at the Annual Japan Sake Awards. It looks great for celebrations too. By the way, that one is 6,050 yen, so this one is about 500 yen cheaper
This “kuradashi daiginjo genshu” is a “namachozo genshu,” meaning it has been pasteurized once. Keep it refrigerated
