It looks like “Shinshu Soba Ichikawa” on the 2nd floor of Shukugawa Green Town will be closed on Wednesdays starting in June.

It’s a calm, relaxed spot where you can enjoy authentic Shinshu soba, a specialty of Nagano Prefecture.

Apparently, the most popular item is “Original Bukkake Soba (Cold)”.
We haven’t tried it yet at Nishitsu, so I’m thinking I’ll go eat it next time〜😄

They seem to have been open without regular holidays for a long time, so if you have friends in Shukugawa, please let them know so they don’t go on a Wednesday and get hit with that “No way…” moment when it’s unexpectedly closed〜〜
